2026 WARRRL Network Partners Conference & Expo

Smoking Ceremony from 8am inside Gate D. Registrations open from 8am.
The Conference will start at 9am and conclude at 4.30pm.
The Sundowner will start at 4.30pm and finish at 8pm, including the Containers for Change Awards at 5.30pm.

Venue:
Optus Stadium, 333 Victoria Park Drive, Burswood. Entry through Gate D.
 
Car Parking: Marlee Lawn, Optus Stadium (please see information below)

The agenda for the 2026 Network Partners Conference is below. Please note, times are subject to change slightly up to and on event day.

8am – Smoking Ceremony, inside Gate D, Optus Stadium concourse

8am – Registrations open – Outside River Rooms 1&2, level 3, Optus Stadium

8.30am – Conference Room Opens – River Rooms 1&2, level 3, Optus Stadium

9am – Opening by MC: Rafic Aoun, WARRRL

9.10am – Welcome to Country: Alton Walley, Noongar maarm

9.30am – Opening address: Kate Brooks, CEO, WARRRL

9.50am Keynote speaker: Huia Adkins, Executive Advisor Sustinability, GHD

10.20am – Panel Discussion: Successful Partnerships in Action with Good Sammy, ABC Foundation, Return-It and Bunbury Harvey Regional Council.

10.50am – Morning Tea (Expo open)

2026 Network Partners Expo

The 2026 WARRRL Network Partners Conference will include an Expo component for the first time.

Exhibitors include a range of businesses and services that support the refund point and processing & logistics networks. Below are the exhibitors for the 2026 Expo.

Car Parking & Transport

Car parking is available free of charge for Conference attendees on the Marlee Lawn at Optus Stadium.

The Marlee Lawn carpark is available via Victoria Park Drive (see picture to the right – Marlee Lawn is #7 on the southern side of the stadium). Please follow the directions of the parking attendants on site.

Entry to the 2026 WARRRL Network Partners Conference, Expo and Awards is through Gate D. Transport will be available on the day to transfer attendees from the Marlee Lawn carpark to Gate D.

ACROD PARKING

ACROD Parking is available on the southern side of Optus Stadium, via Victoria Park Drive. If you require an ACROD park, please email us at [email protected].

Public Transport

The Armadale Line and Thornlie-Cockburn Line both stop at Optus Stadium. The trip to and from Perth City takes about 6 minutes.

Responsible Behaviour

To help ensure the Containers for Change Awards and Sundowner is enjoyable for all please take note of the below:

  • If you choose to consume alcohol please enjoy responsibly and have a plan to get home safely
  • Please behave respectably towards fellow attendees – WARRRL is committed to ensuring the safety of all guests, visitors and staff;
  • If you witness, or experience any inappropriate behavior, or simply think someone may have had a bit too much to drink please let us know by advising Megan May or Amy Lennox (Responsible Officers);
  • WARRRL reserves the right to work with venue staff to remove guests who are behaving inappropriately and may consider a ban from attendance at future events.
