C4C WA App v9.0.0 Release Notes

Home The RPO Portal News Feed C4C WA App v9.0.0 Release Notes

November 2025

The main change with this release is the addition of Operator Mode. Operator Mode makes it easier for you to verify Drop & Go collections via the App.

Operator Mode also allows for offline verifications. Collections verified while offline will be stored and then upload automatically once your device is online again.

Any issues with pending offline verifications not uploading successfully can be addressed by relaunching the App.

We’re always working hard to deliver improvements and fix reported issues. If you hit any issues using the App, please raise these with your Contract Manager.
